Buket Kara completed her Bachelor’s (BA) degree in the department of English Language Teaching at Middle East Technical University and in the department of International Relations at Anadolu University. She is currently an MA student in the department of English Language Education at Suleyman Demirel University Graduate School of Educational Sciences. Before starting to work at Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English instructor at Biruni University. Buket Kara has been working as an instructor of Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since September, 2020.
Tubanur PİRDAL
Lecturer / Unit Supervisor
Tubanur Pirdal completed his Bachelor’s degree (BA) in the department of English Language Teaching at Boğaziçi University. She has finished her master studies in the department of Linguistics. Her study is about “The Effect of Linear Distance and Word Order in the Bilingualism on the Processing of Genitive-Possessive Constructions in Native Language”. She started to work at Ankara Medipol University as an English Instructor in September, 2020. She had two years of experience with young learners and she worked at University of Turkish Aeronautical Association as an English Instructor.
Yeşim UĞURLU ŞEN

Yeşim Uğurlu Şen completed her Bachelor's (BA) degree in English Language Teaching at Gazi University, and Master's (MA) degree in English Language Education at Gazi University Gazi Institute of Education. Her master thesis is on instruction giving practices in EFL classes. She continues her academic studies in foreign language education. Before starting to work at Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English instructor at several universities around Turkey. Yeşim Uğurlu Şen has been working as an instructor at Ankara Medipol University, School of Foreign Languages since April, 2022.
Atakan Coşkun
Lecturer
Atakan Coşkun completed his undergraduate degree in English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University as a high honor student. He is currently working on his thesis at Hacettepe University English Language Teaching master's program. He has worked with various age groups for more than three years, worked as a lecturer at OSTİM Technical University and took an active role in the development of the content and design of the "NEW LANGUO A1" course-book. He is interested in digital reading, course-book development and intercultural awareness. Atakan Coşkun has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages English Preparatory Program since October 2023.
Aysu Esra TURHAN DEMİR

Aysu Esra Turhan Demir received her Bachelor’s (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Celal Bayar University in 2015. She received her pedagogical formation certificate from Celal Bayar University. She is currently an MA student in the department of English Linguistics at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. Before starting to work at Ankara Medipol University, she worked at different English courses and universities such as Ankara University, Atılım University. She has been working as an English instructor at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since September 2022.
Büşra TOKMAK OOM

Büşra Tokmak Oom completed her Bachelor’s (BA) degree in American Culture and Literature at Hacettepe University in 2014. She received her pedagogical formation certificate at Gazi University in 2020. She completed her Master’s (MA) degree at the department of English Language and Literature at Atılım University in 2022. Her master thesis is on an ecocritical reading of modern English literature. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English instructor at various colleges. Büşra Tokmak Oom has been working as an English instructor at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since January 2022.
Ceren Bozkuş
Lecturer
Ceren Bozkuş, lisans eğitimini Hacettepe Üniversitesi İngilizce Öğretmenliği bölümünde tamamladı. Şu anda Hacettepe Üniversitesi'nde aynı bölümde yüksek lisans eğitimine devam etmektedir. Akademik ilgi alanları ve tezi, İngilizce öğrenen öğrencilerin sınıftaki etkileşimsel yeterliklerinin konuşma analizi yoluyla incelenmesi üzerinedir. Ankara Medipol Üniversitesi'ne katılmadan önce Ostim Teknik Üniversitesi'nde öğretim görevlisi olarak çalıştı ve burada A1 düzeyinde İngilizce ders kitabının ortak yazarlığını yaptı. Ceren Bozkuş, Ekim 2023'ten bu yana Ankara Medipol Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu'nda öğretim görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır.
Enver Haluk Tataroğlu
Lecturer
Enver Haluk Tataroğlu completed his undergraduate degree in English Language Teaching Department at Hacettepe University, where he was the top student in his department. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, he worked as an instructor at various institutions, participated in Virtual Exchange events as a member of an international team of teacher candidates, and collaborated on the design of the DIGITASK web application. Since December 2023, Enver Haluk Tataroğlu has been working as an Instructor at the School of Foreign Languages at Ankara Medipol University.

Ebru Şen completed her Bachelor’s (BA) degree in the department of English Language and Literature at Atatürk University. She had her pedagogical formation certificate at Atatürk University. She is currently doing her Master's degree in English Language Teaching department at İstanbul Medeniyet University. Before starting to work at Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English teacher and English lecturer at various institutions. She has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since October 2021.

She graduated from Çankaya University, Department of English Language and Literature (2018) and then completed her master's degree in English Culture and Literature at Atılım University (2021), and worked on fantasy fiction in her master's thesis. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English instructor at Ostim Technical University. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, he worked at many different courses and schools. He works as an instructor at Ankara Medipol University as of September 2023.
Hacer Ecre Güneş
Lecturer
Hacer Ecre Güneş completed her undergraduate degree at Düzce University, Department of English Language Teaching, ranking first in her department. She is currently continuing her master's studies as a scholarship student in the English Language Teaching program at Başkent University, Institute of Educational Sciences. Güneş was entitled to receive the TESOL certificate approved by Trinity College London at the end of a 3-month training in June 2022. Güneş participated in many projects during her university years and took part in the E-twinning project called "Culture in the ELT classroom: Developing English Course Content within a Cross-Cultural Perspective" with Spanish and Italian participants and played a joint role in its exhibition and presentation. In her former institution, Güneş made an agreement with a Spanish school and organized an E-twinning project called "Let's know each other" and took an active role. Güneş has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since February 2023.

Hande Fidan completed her undergraduate education at the Department of English Language Teaching at Middle East Technical University in Ankara. She studied English Language Teaching at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany as part of a student exchange program. She worked in various institutions before joining Ankara Medipol University and started to work as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University, School of Foreign Languages English Preparatory Program in September 2022.
Hatice Eslem BAŞAR

Hatice Eslem Başar holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Foreign Language Education and a Minor Degree in International Relations from Middle East Technical University in 2022. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's Degree (MA) in English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University. During her undergraduate years, she took part as a co-founder in the project called 'METU FLE ELT Talks', in which highly successful academicians took part. Hatice Eslem Başar has been working as a lecturer in the English Preparatory Program at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since September, 2022.

Hikmet Yıldız completed his undergraduate degree in English Language Teaching Department at Boğaziçi University. She is currently continuing her master's degree in English Language Education at Kocaeli University and is at the thesis stage. The thesis is about dynamic assessment of students' writing skills. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an instructor at universities and an English teacher at private schools. İpek Sarıkaya

İpek Sarıkaya holds a Bachelor’s (BA) degree in English Linguistics and a Minor degree in English Translation and Interpretation from Hacettepe University in 2023. She graduated as the highest ranked student in the Linguistics department and Faculty of Literature with a 3.90 GPA. During her undergraduate education, she attended the 15th Student Conference of Linguistics with two oral presentations. Also, she completed her internship as a Principal Trainee of Translator in the Translation and Coordination Department in the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate for EU Affairs. She is currently an MA student in the department of English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University. Gülsevin GÜLERYÜZ KARA

Gülsevin Güleryüz Kara graduated from Bilkent University in 2011 with a BA in English Language and Literature. In 2018, she earned her MA in English literature from METU with a thesis entitled Spatial politics in Nadeem Aslam’s The Wasted Vigil and The Blind Man’s Garden. Having several years of English teaching experience at tertiary level, she holds English Language Teaching Certificate from Hacettepe University, Cambridge CELTA and DELTA Module 1. Currently, she is working on completing her DELTA Module 3 assignment. Her research interests include EAP, critical pedagogy and teacher education. Since September 2022, she has been working as an instructor of English at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages.

He started his professional life by working at various language schools and besides teaching, he wrote, edited and designed many textbooks. He is currently doing his master's degree in Sociology of Education at Ankara University. Muhammet Can Kılıç

Muhammet Can Kılıç completed his Bachelor’s (BA) degree in the department of American Culture and Literature at Hacettepe University. He participated in Erasmus+ volunteering projects funded by the EU in the cities of Venice, Athens and Stuttgart. He acted as the project leader of Turkish participants in these projects that dealt with the refugee crisis, human rights and youth unemployment in Europe. During college, he won several English debate awards in conferences approved by the UN aiming to raise awareness about the commitees of United Nations and it’s functions. Kılıç has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages since September 2023.

Dilara Yamaç Kara completed her undergraduate degree in the Department of American Culture and Literature at Hacettepe University. Upon graduation, she completed her master's degree in Educational Sciences at Middle East Technical University and obtained her second master's degree from the Department of English Language Education at Ufuk University. Her thesis focuses on the relationship between the interest of students of EMI department and their academic motivation in a theme-based Academic English course. Her primary academic interests include English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Global Competence in Academic English Teaching. Before joining Ankara Medipol University, she held teaching positions at various universities. Since September 2021, Dilara Yamaç Kara has been working as a Lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages at Ankara Medipol University, and as of the 2022-2023 Academic Year, she also serves as the coordinator of the Modern Languages Unit.

Büşra Tataroğlu holds a BA in American Culture and Literature from Hacettepe University. She also holds a minor in English Language and Literature and a Pedagogical Formation certificate from the Faculty of Education. She is currently pursuing her master's degree at Hacettepe University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of American Culture and Literature. Her academic interests include life writing, minor literature, the concept of exile, and American history. She worked as an English teacher in various institutions for a while and has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages, Department of Modern Languages, since September 2023.

Tuğçe ÇAR received her Bachelor’s degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Letters, Department of English Language and Literature, and her Master’s degree in the English Language and Culture program at Atılım University. Prior to working in Ankara Medipol University, she worked as an English Instructor, English Teacher, Translator, European Union Liaison Officer, Line Manager and International Training and Education Coordinator in various institutions. Sümeyye Gür holds a BA in English Language Teaching from Trabzon University. She also holds an associate degree in Child Development from Istanbul University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree at Ankara Social Sciences University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of English Language Teaching. She is currently working on a Tübitak 2209-A project titled "Co-teaching in middle school English classes: Worth a try?", and writing storybooks in English for children. Her academic interests include team teaching, assessment and evaluation, sustainability, and the use of artificial intelligence in foreign language education. She has previously worked as an English teacher in various private institutions, participated in international conferences and projects, and has been working as a lecturer at Ankara Medipol University School of Foreign Languages, Department of Modern Languages since September 2023.
Şevval Alageyik

Şevval Alageyik completed his undergraduate degree in Foreign Language Education at Middle East Technical University. She also studied Sociology as a double major and European Studies as a minor degree. She is currently working on her postgraduate studies in Middle East Technical University, department of English Language Teaching. Before joining Ankara Medical University, she worked as a pedagogic administration assistant and English language teacher in a language school in France.
