Dear Students, 

If you wish to apply for the Proficiency Exam scheduled on 27 January, please note that there are prerequisites for taking the exam:

• Your Track 1 and Track 2 average score must be above 70.
• You must not exceed the absenteeism limit.
• Repeat students are also required to submit a petition in order to take the exam.

If you meet these requirements, please follow the steps below to submit your petition:

1. Visit https://ydyo.ankaramedipol.edu.tr/hakkinda/belgeler-ve-dilekceler/.

2. Download the “YDYO Genel Dilekçe” form.

3. Complete the form, sign it, and scan the document.

4. Email the scanned document to [email protected] by the end of working hours on January 23. 

The list of students whose applications are approved and who are eligible to take the exam will be announced on our website.

Please make sure to complete all steps within the given timeframe. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Sevgili Öğrenciler,

27 Ocak tarihinde yapılacak Yeterlilik Sınavına başvurmak isteyen öğrencilerimizin, sınava girebilmek için aşağıdaki ön koşulları sağlaması gerekmektedir:

• Track 1 ve Track 2 not ortalamanızın 70’in üzerinde olması,
• Devamsızlık sınırını aşmamış olmanız,
• Repeat (tekrar) öğrencilerin de sınava girebilmek için dilekçe göndermesi gerekmektedir.

Bu şartları sağlayan öğrenciler, dilekçelerini göndermek için aşağıdaki adımları takip etmelidir:

2. “YDYO Genel Dilekçe” formunu indirin.

3. Formu doldurun, imzalayın ve taratın.

4. Taranmış belgeyi [email protected] adresine 23 Ocak mesai saati bitimine kadar e-posta ile gönderin.

Belirtilen süre içinde tüm adımların tamamlanması gerekmektedir. Geç başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.

Başvurusu kabul edilen ve sınava girmeye hak kazanan öğrencilerin listesi web sitemizde ilan edilecektir.
