For students registered in programs where the medium of instruction is Turkish, an exemption exam will be held for compulsory English-1 and English-3 courses offered in undergraduate programs. This exam is NOT applied for students registered in vocational schools.
Students who want to take the exemption exam must apply to the Secretary of School of Foreign Languages on October 4-14, 2021. The exemption exam is NOT obligatory.
Students who score 60 and above in the exemption exam will be deemed successful and exempted from the relevant course and their grade will be recorded on their transcript.
The exam will be held face-to-face on October 16, 2021 at Main Campus, Building Block B.
The classes in which the students will take the exam will be announced on the School of Foreign Languages website (https://ydyo.ankaramedipol.edu.tr/). Students are kindly requested to arrive 30 minutes before the exam.

Exam Rules and Procedure
On the occasion that cheating, deceptive or misleading are detected during the exam, the exams of the students who take any of those actions will be deemed and action will be taken against them in accordance with the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulation. Some of the actions that may result in the cancellation of the exam are listed below:
Students who take the exam are obliged to comply with the exam rules and are deemed to have accepted the rules.
